The belt is great when you fasten yourself in because it´s wide, doesn´t cause pain from rubbing, and has a soft texture against the collarbone. The product uses shoulder pads that I find to be very comfortable. The functionality is also very high, and the belt length can be adjusted without any restriction. The seat belt is ultimately used to protect the driver in a crash, and I feel very safe with the top-notch quality of Takata products. The only way they might improve it is to make the harness in different colors.

While writing several regular columns as an automotive commentator, Ota has established his own automotive tuning brand TEZZO, and operates the TEZZO RACERS CLUB for amateur racers over the age of 40. He is also the representative of an NPO called KEEP ON RACING, through which he visits schools, welfare facilities and companies to encourage people to challenge themselves while they are young.
