Method of Disclosure

Information as described in the rules on the timely disclosure of information is disclosed promptly and fairly in accordance with those rules through the TDnet system provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. We aim to display publicly disclosed information rapidly on our website but English translations of materials may be displayed later or may not be displayed.

Quiet Period

In order to maintain fairness and prevent improper disclosure of information, the period of approximately one month leading up to the announcement of financial results for each accounting period is designated as a quiet period. During this period, we will refrain from meeting with investors or commenting on or responding to queries on results and forecasts.

However, this restriction may not apply with respect to enquiries regarding previously disclosed information, and may not apply if an event occurs during this period that requires us to disclose information under the Financial Instruments Exchange act or other relevant laws and regulations on timely disclosure
